Artist
proofs are still available of this snow scene oil painting
showing Scotland's best known landmark, Edinburgh Castle silhouetted
against the brilliant winter skyline.It was painted in 2000 to commemorate
the millenium.
The Scottish Parliament's present but temporary residence adjacent to
Ramsay Gardens (to the left of the castle),was of significant importance
to be recorded historically with the purchase of this original painting
by the Parliament and takes its place with the works of other Scottish
artists, awaiting a place of honour in the new parliament building.
Limited
edition prints (100) of "A Moment in Time" were published
for the Scottish Parliament.
