A beach painting of a hot summers day. While abroad searching for fresh ideas to put on canvas, John came across this beautiful beach scene of an ocean vista, deep blue in the distance, contrasting with the azure blue inner shore, and royal blue sky.
The
sand and rocky outcrops shone in a complimentary orange and ochre hue,
with white
crested waves completing the picture. An excellent beach painting captured
in pastel
