Cape
gooseberry has been used as a still life in this new project of variations
on a theme.
The images are all painted on 3D stretched canvas, (box canvas),
so need no framing. There will be about a dozen studies or more in this
series, following on from the "Red Peppers", "Summer Salad",
and "Summer Fruit" study which had nearly twenty studies in
each set.
