This
Osteospermum flower painting came from one small
African daisy plant growing in John's garden
on a south facing bank in full sun. A photograph of
other Osteospermum flowers in John's garden in Dundee
in Tayside, can be seen on the outdoor
plants link.
Although this african daisy, (Osteospermum), plant had
numerous flowers, John selected just one small group
for this box canvas study.
