Daffodils,
and other spring flowers are always a very welcome sight, and this
drift
of daffodils in the natural setting of the parkland at Roseangle overlooking
the River Tay
in Dundee, Scotland, just had to be painted.
This oil on canvas with its vibrant colour is in keeping with today's
contemporary Scottish Art.
Those familiar with this part of Dundee may remember outdoor concerts
at the Bandstand.
The concerts are no more, but the memories of this enchanting scene are
still to be enjoyed
in this nostalgic spring flowers painting.
